Nicole Kidman taken to hospital
Car accidents seem to be the theme of the week. Yesterday it was revealed that Brandy caused a huge pile-up in late December that killed a woman. Today news came out that Nicole Kidman was in a car accident late last night while shooting a scene for her latest film, The Invasion, in downtown Los Angeles. Kidman’s car was being towed behind a stunt driver when the driver lost control:
At around 11 p.m., the stunt driver operating the rig skidded while taking a corner at roughly 45 mph, causing Kidman’s car to hit a poll and knock over a garbage can. Both the actress and her costar, 10-year-old Jackson Bond, who was riding in the front passenger seat, were wearing seat belts. Members of the crew immediately wrapped a blanket around Kidman and paramedics arrived to check the actress for injuries. Kidman, 39, was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in an SUV, and was released within two hours. Sources tell Us that the actress was in shock and took a long break, but eventually resumed filming later that night.
Damn. Nicole Kidman is hardcore. There’s no just no other way to describe someone being taken to the hospital after a car accident and then returning to the set at 1 AM to resume filming. If I get so much as a papercut at work I’ll take the rest of the day off. Like yesterday I got a papercut while I was nailing the boss’ daughter on his desk. He walked in on us and told me to go home early. And then he gave me the rest of the month off. Awesome!

Was she in shock that her car touched a…a…a trash can…and then the contents spilled out and she had to actually look at the garbage on the ground…and it smelled really bad…oh man…Poor Nicole.
Why does she look like a prude all of a sudden? At least when she was with Tom she looked like she might do the nasty, when she felt like it, and there were slaves,err, servents in the house to change the sheets right away. Now she just looks……….frumpy.
Anyway maybe this accident bumped some sense back into her and she can refind her aussie sex kitten side.
I love how they don’t say anything about the 10 year old. I guess they didn’t think he was as important, being a commoner and all.
This must be a true test for Keith Urban her husband, he gets out of rehab and bam this happens. They are such a cute couple and I hope their marriage stays strong. I saw that Keith was there, good for him.
I wish Jessica Simpson would stay out of the limelight, she is pure trash now, and it shows that Nick Lachey was really the caring one, his whole family is. She lost her virginity to a good man, and now she’s with everyone. Wouldn’t that be a whore?
Ithink that people should not be so quick to critisize others especially when nobodys perfect! Anyway i hope nicole continues to be that star she has always been.
I would like to see all the negative people making fun of her get in that car and be in an accident and see how they would feel.
